Collagen Cold Foam Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop Collagen Peptides
  • ¼ Cup Full Fat Canned Coconut Cream
  • 2 tbsp Almond or Coconut Milk
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Maple Syrup (or you can omit this and use stevia)
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions:

  1. Place ¼ cup coconut cream in the fridge to harden for an hour
  2. Once the coconut cream is hard combine all ingredients together in a bowl
  3. Stir coconut cream until combined with other ingredients
  4. Froth for 45-60 seconds
  5. Pour on top of a cup of collagen iced coffee & enjoy. Serves 2-3!

Spicy Cashew Collagen Dressing:

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ Cup Raw Cashews
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 2 tbsp Red Chili Paste
  • 1 tbsp Honey (I used Mike’s Hot Honey because this dressing is spicy anyway)
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • ⅔ Cup Water
  • 1 Scoop Collagen Peptides

Instructions:

  1. Boil Water
  2. Place all other ingredients in a blender
  3. Once the water has boiled, pour into the blender with the other ingredients. Let this sit for a few minutes.
  4. Blend all ingredients together. Depending on the type of blender you use I would recommend waiting for it to cool. For smaller, individual blenders you are not supposed to place hot liquid in them, larger ones you should be okay.
  5. Refrigerate dressing before serving.

Iced Collagen Matcha Latte:

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop Collagen Peptides
  • 2 Ounces Hot Water
  • 8 Ounces Unsweetened Almond Milk (can use other dairy free milk)
  • 1 tsp Ceremonial Grade Matcha
  • ¼ tsp Peppermint Extract
  • Stevia to Taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine 2 ounces of hot water, add in 1 tsp of matcha. Mix well until combined.
  2. In a large glass combine the matcha water w/ collagen peptides, peppermint extract and stevia. Once these ingredients are combined add in almond milk, mix again.
  3. Pour in a glass over ice!

Dairy-Free Collagen Yogurt Cups:

Ingredients:

For the Shell:

  • 1 Cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1 Cup Medjool Dates
  • ¼ Cup Bone Broth Vanilla Protein
  • ¼ Cup Almond or Cashew Butter (I used Almond, always check the ingredients - it should only be almonds)
  • 1 splash Vanilla Extract

For the Filling:

  • 8 Ounces of Dairy-Free Yogurt (I used Kite Hill Plain Unsweetened Almond Milk Yogurt)
  • 2 Scoops Collagen Peptides

Toppings:

  • 6 Raspberries
  • Chocolate Chips (optional - enjoi life brand is what I would use)

Instructions:

  1. Soak dates in hot water for 5 minutes. If the dates have pits, remove these first. After 5 minutes, drain).
  2. Place all ingredients for the shell in a food processor and blend until smooth. I used a Nutribullet blender and this worked but would recommend a food processor due to the thickness of the shell. But either will work.
  3. Place tart shell mix into a cupcake tray (this recipe made 6). Use your hands to make sure that the mixture coats the bottom/sides of the tray, thus make a shell. Place in freezer for 1-2 hours.
  4. Take filling ingredients and mix together in a bowl, you could also use a blender but a bowl works just fine! Take the yogurt mixture and fill this into the tart shells. Once filled place back in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
  5. Top each tart with 2-3 raspberries and chocolate chips if desired. This can be enjoyed frozen or you can thaw for a few minutes before eating.
