I have studied clinical nutrition application for years. I downloaded your QSG pdf and have printed it out, put it in clear page sleeves, and into a notebook! It is a modified version of the book, Dr. Kellyann's Bone Broth Diet. I love having something I can look at as a hard copy, for cooking recipes, or getting info, and am just starting to try recipes there and in the Dr. Kellyann BBD Cook book that I recently purchased as a Kindle ebook. I usually try to read info on my Kindle ebooks, it is a hassle, trying to find things, so loved this in the pdf printable format. Am preparing to start the 21 day BBD plan, but am going to wait til after the holidays. I am doing a modified version of it now so I can get used to the idea once I get into doing just as specified the Dr. Kellyann BBD book. I love the concept of the BBD, as the ketogenic diet approach along with the bone broth, is a truly revolutionary idea, and a lot cheaper than trying to address skin/joints/health/gut issues with so many expensive supplements, etc., etc. Am telling friends about this!
