After reading the book I found the ecourse very helpful. It focused what was most important and clarified any questions I had. I didn’t have to reread the book and I could focus with my meal prep and shopping for supplies. Thanks!

The book is very good letting you know step-by-step what you need to do. My only criticism is that some of the info is not exactly clear about the broth loading portion of the diet. A little ambiguous of should you have 1 Cup in the afternoon or several cups of broth loading or several cups of the soup you've made from one of the recipes, a little confusing. Other than that I love the book I have lost only 5 pounds but will do another round of the 10 day belly slim down. One other thing that would make it perfect pictures of some of the recipes so that you know if your dish looks anything like it should.
Day 9 and down 5 pounds! I feel good all over. This is definitely a plan I will stick to (for the most part!) for the rest of my life! Thank you, Dr. Kellyann! And HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
